Day 3 nationals

We left out yesterday morning and headed to MT Rushmore. It was really neat to see. We also
stopped by Crazy Horse and Deadwood. There was lots of pretty country to look at. I have some great pictures but still can't get them to upload from my phone.

The first round ended yesterday morning and we ending up 31 out of 180 so that it a good. We still have a good chance at making the short round. So unbelievably proud of these boys!

Day 2 at Nationals

Well the boys got their first one roped. They were a 7.9+5. That puts them in good shape for the rest of the week. Now we get to hangout and musts relax until their second one Satuerday.

One of the things that seems tong hand and hand with these rodeos is water fights.Today did not disappoint in the water fighting, there were watt guns, water buckets and water hoses. States were teaming up together to beat other states.It is great to see these kids making friends with eah other and they are all having a blast.I even saw a few parents drenched. Can't wait until tomorrow for the rematch!

I have taken several pictures but havenot figured out how to get them uploaded on this ipad yet. As soon as I figure it out, I will get them posted.

National High School Finals

well we made it to Gillette, WY yesterday for the National High School Finals. There are kids here from every state and Canada and Australia!There are 1461 contestants, this place is packed. They have many things planned for the kids to do. Come back and I will be posting pictures and updates here as well as facebook.
